Dan began his career in foodservice in 1980. In 1984, he established his own business, Cassidy and Myers Food Brokerage. In 1985, Cassidy and Myers merged with Tony Odorisio and Keith Dwyer, forming Key Food Brokers. In 2000, Key Food Brokers merged with Impact Sales forming KeyImpact Sales & Systems, Inc.

Randy Wieland started in the food industry with the RT French Company, followed by a brief stint with Delicious Foods, and then began his career at McCain Foods USA as a Regional Manager in 1991. As McCain expanded, he assumed additional responsibilities, leading to positions including Vice President of Sales, Vice President of National Accounts, Vice President of Field Sales, and most recently, Senior Vice President of Retail and Foodservice Sales.
Randy earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management Administration from Bradley University and furthered his education at Ivey Business School and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Colin Quinn began his career at Deloitte & Touche in the audit group. He then served in various operational and financial leadership roles at McMaster-Carr Supply and True Value Hardware. Colin subsequently worked as Vice President of Finance for US Foods, and most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance at Little Lady Foods.
Colin earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame; has his CPA, and earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Carl Benkovich has a broad experience at various CPG companies. The majority of his career has been spent with Tupperware Brands, prior to joining KeyImpact as COO in June 2015. While at Tupperware, Carl’s leadership roles included Vice President of Finance & CFO – North America, Vice President of Strategy, Vice President of Sales – North America and Managing Director – Nordic.
Carl earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Wright State University, is a Certified Public Accountant and served in the United States Navy.

Brenda began her foodservice career in restaurant operations and later joined Kraft Foods Distribution as a National Account Sales Representative. In 1986, Brenda joined Durst Brokerage, an Illinois foodservice brokerage firm, and became partner in 1995. In 2004, Brenda took on the role of CEO during Durst’s merger with Insight Food Brokers and then joined KeyImpact Sales & Systems, Inc. in 2007.
Brenda earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Stephens College and her MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management in 2010. Currently, Brenda serves as CMO and leads KeyImpact’s Category Management Division, i2i Foodservice.

Neil Johnson joined the KeyImpact team in May 2012, bringing with him hands-on experience in the information technology field. His most recent position was with Fisher/McKesson BioServices, where he led high performance teams of IT professionals.
Neil’s areas of expertise include process design, database development, application development, and project management. Neil possesses a wealth of knowledge in the design, development and implementation of organization-wide enterprise resources planning (ERP) tools.
Neil holds a BA in Mathematics from Shippenburg University and an MBA in Technology Management from University of Phoenix.

Prior to entering foodservice, Rob spent three years in software development with IBM. In 1986, Rob began his career in foodservice, working for Prestige Food Brokers, a Metro NY-based food brokerage founded by his father Jim Monroe. In 1991, Rob became the President of Prestige and subsequently acquired Sierra Sales, a successful packaging & supply sales agency, and GMD Sales, a successful Metro NY school foodservice sales agency. Prestige joined KeyImpact Sales & Systems, Inc. in 2008, as the foodservice industry began its transformation. Rob’s areas of expertise include project management, analytics and communications.
Having grown up in foodservice, Rob is dedicated to the industry’s collective success, serving as the President of FSMA and the Secretary/Treasurer of the Metro NY Foodservice Association.

Butch Cassidy joined Key Food Brokers in July of 1992. Over the past 23 years, Butch has held various positions within KeyImpact Sales & Systems, overseeing multiple sales divisions including operator segment sales and Sysco. Currently, Butch is Senior Vice President of the KeyImpact Sysco Sales Division.
Butch’s extensive foodservice background began with educational cooperative from 1988 to 1992 that exposed him to various responsibilities within the food industry. Butch has worked for the US government at the Defense Personnel Support Center (DPSC) as part of the Subsistence Team tasked with food bids for the US Army and as a merchandiser for Ferolie Food Brokerage. This practical expertise is underscored by a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Haub School of Business, Saint Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University.
Armed with this comprehensive understanding of the foodservice industry and a desire for continued success, Butch utilizes his avid love of reading to learn about other industries and draw parallels with our own. This allows him to set the bar for the progressive thinking necessary for growth.

Joe Hargadon joined Key Food Brokers in 1994.
During his career, Joe has been instrumental in helping to propel KeyImpact forward. With his industrious nature, he contributes a wealth of knowledge about the foodservice industry and is a valuable asset to Clients and Customers. Throughout the past 21 years, Joe has held many positions in sales management across a broad geography, growing his responsibilities as the company has expanded.
