Randy Wieland

Randy Wieland started in the food industry with the RT French Company, followed by a brief stint with Delicious Foods, and then began his career at McCain Foods USA as a Regional Manager in 1991. As McCain expanded, he assumed additional responsibilities, leading to positions including Vice President of Sales, Vice President of National Accounts, Vice President of Field Sales, and most recently, Senior Vice President of Retail and Foodservice Sales.

Randy earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management Administration from Bradley University and furthered his education at Ivey Business School and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.


Gary Vonck

Gary Vonck has been with KeyImpact since 2007, adding to an impressive 40-year foodservice career. His knowledge and passion for child nutrition are unsurpassed. Gary oversees the Education Division, which includes sales, bid, and commodity teams across the entire nation.

Gary is an active member of the SNA and was the first and only broker/agency representative on the School Nutrition Association’s Industry Advisory Board, as the appointed Industry Representative, in 2008 and again 2014. Gary has also served on numerous SNA Task Forces and co-chaired several SNA events. Gary was also on the NSFMI national advisory council. In January 2013, Gary was awarded the Silver Friend of Child Nutrition FAME Award.

Pamela Wolszon

Pam has been in foodservice for 26 years and all have been associated with the K-12 segment of business. Pam states that, “School foodservice is ever-changing and provides new opportunities to continue to learn and grow professionally. No day is ever the same! It is rewarding to work in conjunction with our sales team to provide information on products that meet the NSLP standards and guidelines. The people working in school foodservice are dedicated and caring professionals and are always appreciative of any assistance we provide.”

Monica Hight

Monica Hight has been with KeyImpact for 15 years, during which she has worked in multiple departments. In 2009, Monica joined the K-12 Team. Currently, she is on the Executive Board for the School Nutrition Association of Utah. Monica states: “I thrive in the K-12 segment. My goal is to promote the highest standards for child nutrition programs consistently. I love this industry; the relationships are built to last a lifetime.”

Mike Hargadon

Mike joined KeyImpact in 2009 upon retirement from a distinguished, 24-year career of active duty Naval service. Mike retired as an Aviation Ordnance Chief Petty Officer and Aviation Warfare Specialist/Naval Air Crewman. His military awards include: three Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medals, The Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal, The Global War on Terrorism Medal, The Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal and The Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. Since joining KeyImpact, he has been instrumental in helping grow our partners’ business in the marketplace. Mike’s knowledge of the military, combined with his foodservice background, provides him with an exceptional perspective specific to the Armed Forces Segment.

Thomas “Hoppy” Hopkin

Thomas “Hoppy” Hopkin, SMSgt., US Air Force, Retired, has been appointed KeyImpact Global Military Sales Manager. Hoppy comes to KeyImpact from McCain Foods USA, where he was a Global Military Sales Representative, after retirement from a distinguished, 26-year career of active duty Air Force service. Hoppy has served as:

  • Senior Non-Commissioned Officer—Air Force Food Service Operations Branch—HQ Air Force Services Agency—San Antonio, TX
  • HQ Pacific Air Force Food Service Superintendent—Hickam, AFB, HI
  • Services Readiness Training Instructor—Kadena Air Base—Okinawa, Japan
  • Food Service Manager—Shaw AFB, SC.

Robbie Sterling

Robbie joined KeyImpact in 2010 with the merger of KeyImpact Sales and Southwest Foodservice. After serving in various leadership positions, Robbie then joined the newly formed Region Chain Division. He is currently VP of Healthcare.

Robbie is a graduate of Western Texas College with a background in agriculture. He has a passion for understanding the latest trends & techniques that bring value to our industry and promote long-term sustainability of our vital resources.

Bob Moro

Bob has been in the foodservice industry for more than 30 years and has been involved with the K-12 segment for the past 10 years. Bob is a proud member of the Education team and has found that “K-12 has been a rewarding segment that continues to offer new opportunities each day.” Bob is excited to be working with so many professionals who are as committed as he is to providing solutions to the daily nutritional needs of school children across the country.
