March 2015 – The Start of 2015/2016 Bid Season!
Posted: April 17, 2015
A Message from Your Industry Representative,
Welcome to the start of 2015/2016 Bid Season—however, I know for many of us, every day is bid day!
In the last Industry Insider, I spoke of challenges we all face as a direct impact from the current bid/procurement processes. Let me share with you the steps we have taken so far. There was a vigorous discussion at the Industry Advisory Board meeting at SNIC. As a result, we have created a Task Force to really dive into this subject. The first call took place on February 17, and we had a meeting on March 1 at LAC. There will be more details to share as more work is completed.
In closing, I assure you that these challenges are a top priority for SNA. We need everyone to work together to resolve these challenges and set-in place the best practice processes moving forward.
Let me know what else I can do to better represent you!
