K-12

To your students, what’s on the menu in the cafeteria today means much more than the last 20 seconds of the morning announcements or words on a chalk board. With the power to nourish bodies and minds, lift spirits, and turn a bad day around, lunchtime is their sanctuary.

But in the K-12 foodservice segment, strict government and dietary regulations can make putting affordable, nutritional, and well-liked items on your cafeteria’s menu a big challenge.
