At the beginning of 2013, KeyImpact entered the OCONUS Worldwide Military Segment and began providing resources for our trading partners specific to Europe, the Middle-East, and the Pacific Rim markets. Butch Cassidy—SVP, Segment Sales—comments, “The military continues to be a critical segment for many of our clients and it continues to evolve and change. KeyImpact’s growth puts us in a stronger position to serve our Client and Distributor partners in all aspects of the Global Military Channel.”
To support our military segment evolution and expansion, Thomas “Hoppy” Hopkin, SMSgt., US Air Force, Retired, has been appointed KeyImpact Global Military Sales Manager. Hoppy comes to KeyImpact from McCain Foods USA, where he was a Global Military Sales Representative, after retirement from a distinguished, 26-year career of active duty Air Force service. Hoppy has served as:
- Senior Non-Commissioned Officer—Air Force Food Service Operations Branch—HQ Air Force Services Agency—San Antonio, TX
- HQ Pacific Air Force Food Service Superintendent—Hickam, AFB, HI
- Services Readiness Training Instructor—Kadena Air Base—Okinawa, Japan
- Food Service Manager—Shaw AFB, SC.
Hoppy’s knowledge of the military, combined with his foodservice background, provides him with an exceptional perspective specific to the Armed Forces Segment. He will join Mike Hargadon in bringing additional dedicated resources to both CONUS and OCONUS Military.
Please join us in welcoming Hoppy to the KeyImpact team!
